I’m dedicated to building legacy through relationships
As a Colorado native and proud CSU Ram with degrees in Accounting, I've spent my career creating value in my home state's communities. While my professional accomplishments matter, what drives me is the opportunity to make a lasting positive impact while keeping my family at the center of everything I do. I believe that a meaningful life – and meaningful business – starts with genuine connections and unwavering values.
My journey in commercial real estate spans over 15 years, including significant roles at Alberta Development Partners and NewMark Merrill Mountain States. At NewMark Merrill, I helped grow our portfolio from 300,000 to over 2,000,000 square feet, culminating in the transformation of Twin Peaks Mall into the Village at the Peaks – a $90M lifestyle center that revitalized the heart of Longmont.
The entrepreneurial spark was lit early in my career as General Manager of The Human Bean Drive-Thru. Starting with a single location, we built the Oregon-based coffee franchise into a Colorado success story, growing to six locations and over 35 employees in just three years. This experience taught me invaluable lessons about scaling businesses while maintaining quality and culture.
Today, I focus on identifying opportunities others might miss – whether that's an underutilized property or an emerging business. Through Skip Rock Investments, I work across Colorado and Wyoming to create value through thoughtful improvements and strategic growth. Each project is an opportunity to apply the lessons learned throughout my career while fostering new relationships and strengthening communities.
